Welcome to Old Bat Society. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OldBatSociety.com and any purchase made through our website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Old Bat Society

Old Bat Society offers made-to-order graphic T-shirts, V-necks, sweatshirts, hoodies, personalized apparel, and related products.

References to “Old Bat Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the operator of OldBatSociety.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or make a purchase.

If you use the website on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, prices, and images accurately.

However:

• Colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, garment color, and printing methods.
• Measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances.
• Print placement, size, and color may vary slightly between garments.
• Made-to-order products may have minor variations that do not affect normal use.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• Payment cannot be authorized
• We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or misuse of a promotion
• The personalization contains illegal, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable content
• We cannot deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees will be shown or calculated before payment whenever possible. International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Promotions and Bat Pack Discounts

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, eligible products, availability, and expiration dates.

Our Bat Pack offer applies to eligible products:

• Buy 2 items — Get free shipping
• Buy 3 items — Save 15%
• Buy 4 or more items — Save 20%

Eligible discounts are applied automatically at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a promotion changes will be handled according to the offer displayed and accepted at checkout.

7. Personalized Products

Selected products may allow you to submit a name, year, title, phrase, or other personalized information.

You are responsible for confirming that all spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and customization details are correct before placing the order. We produce personalized items according to the information submitted.

You confirm that you have the right to use any content submitted for personalization and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the personalization submitted with the order.

8. Production and Shipping

Most orders require 1–3 business days for production and quality inspection.

Standard shipping usually takes an additional 5–7 business days. When available, expedited shipping may shorten the estimated total delivery time by up to three business days.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather, customs inspections, remote destinations, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide notice and any options required by applicable law.

9. Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping begins, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Customers are responsible for expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, including return shipping and reshipment costs.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, an order may have entered production. Production costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

We cannot guarantee that requested changes to the product, size, color, personalization, or address can be completed after an order is placed.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized products, worn or washed products, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return except where required by law.

All returns require prior authorization. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After confirming the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including brand names, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page designs, and written content—are owned by or licensed to Old Bat Society and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

14. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:
