  • T-Shirts: Crafted from 100% premium combed cotton—ultra-soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin for all-day comfort.

  • Sweatshirts & Hoodies: Made with a 60% cotton blend—offering a cozy, fleece-soft interior with just the right amount of warmth and long-lasting durability.

  • Milk Silk Items: Engineered with anti-pilling milk silk fabric—delivering a silky-smooth touch, great drape, and excellent resistance to fuzz and wear.

• Handmade & Processing Time

  Every piece is custom handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting, tailoring, and quality inspection before dispatch.

• Shipping & Tracking

  Once your item is crafted and dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately so you can follow your delivery in real time.

• Important Notes

  • Sizing: Due to handmade tailoring and flat measurements, please allow a 0.5–1.2 inch (1–3 cm) variance. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

  • Color: Actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor display settings and lighting conditions.

• Refund & After-Sales Policy

  Since each piece is made-to-order especially for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your peace of mind is fully protected:

  • Manufacturing Errors or Damaged Items: If your garment arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly provide fair compensation or a refund. (Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.)

  • Lost Packages: We will actively trace your shipment. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Expedited Shipping Delays: If you selected rush/express shipping and the order was delayed due to carrier logistics, we will refund the extra express fee in full.
